¿En que podemos ayudarlo?

There is a search engine on the home page qhere you can select dates, neighborhood, rooms, etc. and view all the available apartments according to your selected criteria.

The site will show you a list of all the apartments by neighborhood with pictures, rates, description, amenities and services.

You can check the availability of an apartment by selecting check in and check out dates or by clicking “Next” or “Previous” to view availability month by month.

The availabilities are updated regularly. But pre-reservations and reservations in progress are not shown. Therefore, it is possible to “Pre-reserve” an apartment while a reservation is already in progress.
To Pre-reserve an apartment select your check-in and check-out dates and the number of travelers and click “Book now”. You will then receive intructions on how to continue and how to confirm the Pre-reservation.
Once the reservation is confirmed you will receive an e-mail requesting your flight information and arrival time.
After we receive your arrival information we will e-mail you the address of the apartment. A representative of BATR and the owner will be waiting for you at the apartment on.
If you are arriving on an international flight, we will meet you at the apartment one and a half hours after your flight lands. This is the average time it takes to go through customs and get to the City of Buenos Aires from the airport. We will track your flight using your flight information in case of delays.
Our check in time is between 9 AM and 7 PM. All check-ins made outside these hours cost an extra US$ 15
The Check in time is at 2 PM and the check out time is at 10 AM.
The total amount of your stay plus (substracting the reservation amount), the guarrantee deposit and US$ 35 for the Administrative Fees, just like the mail you received when you confirmed the reserve.

The owner of the apartment will keep the Guarrantee Deposit until the check out. The deposit will be returned after the owner confirms the condition of the apartment.
The rate includes building taxes, municipal taxes, water, electricity, gas, Phone (with limited lines) and Cable TV and –specified- internet service (usually DSL) and/or maid service once per week.

Our (BATR) Responsability

Our (BATR) job is to rent the published apartments on the site.
BATR is not responsible for any changes made to the apartments by the owner.
The published photographs are illustrative and do not necessarly show the exact conditions of the apartment.
In the case of damage or modification to the reserved apartment prior to your arrival, BATR offers two options: a) An apartment with similar characteristics and rate, or b) Return the amount paid until that moment.
